‘I’s... ‘Me’s...

I didn’t believe in being ALONE...
But the CROWD taught me to be all ALONE...

I didn’t believe in FAITH...
Unless I got HOME COOKED FOOD from my BOSS’s WIFE...

I didn’t believe in DESTINY...
But HARD WORKS proves it more rightly to me...

I didn’t believe in SMILING...
But the PAPER told me how to do so...

I didn’t believe in LOVE...
But now I can feel it all AROUND me...

I didn’t believe in SLEEP ...
But I NEVER knew SLEEP was so PEACEFUL when my eyes were closed...

I didn’t believe in DREAMS...
But THE CITY taught me TO DREAM...

I didn’t believe in HAPPINESS...
Unless I ALONE got the DREAMS with a SMILING SLEEP clutched with DESTINY of LOVE and FAITH of being HAPPY...
